Bauron's favorite is the original version of Winter's Veil before goblins got their hands on it. He will visit his brother on this holiday if he can. Also, any holiday that involves honoring ancestors or Azeroth's deceased heroes.
Strakk really enjoys holidays that involve heavy drinking, like Tavern Crawl and Brewfest. He also likes holidays with boating themes like Thousand Needles Boat Bash and Pirate's Day. Winter's Veil is up there too because of his tradition of pretending to be a Winter's Veil donations collector for the orphanage and scamming people. Finally, Auction House Dance party cause it reminds him of Club Trix.
Hectur, as a forsaken, is very fond of Hollow's End. It's a pretty big day for them. Plus, Hectur also likes to indulge in dressing up in costume, if only to creep others out. He's also a fan of Trial of Style.
Kalaanar is a Noblegarden MVP. Also, he likes Winter's Veil, Love is in the Air and Trial of Style.
Rastath doesn't really care for any holiday. He thinks that they are distractions as well as opportunities for the Legion to attack. His one exception is Volunteer Guard Day, though he did not participate.
Clorg enjoys events that involve violence. So, things like Love is in the Air, Un'Goro Madness and Volunteer Guard day.
Truzzak is a very big fan of the Lunar Festival and sometimes he gets to help set it up.
Yongo really likes holidays that involve tons of eating. Harvest Festival, followed by Hollow's End, Brewfest, Winter's Veil and Noblegarden.

Grazzug has a certain fondness for Winter Veil. He can’t help it. There have been several years where Horrowitz has dragged him into holiday related antics and in which he has saved Christmas for all the kids at the Orgrimmar orphanage.
Fenrosh (and all my orcs, really) enjoys the Harvest Festival because he has reverence for the ancestors. He likes to honor the Horde’s fallen heroes, to honor their sacrifices…
Oskenon’s favorite would likely be the Lunar Festival and for much the same reason as my orcs enjoy the Harvest Festival. The Lunar Festival is more Kalimdor-based, druidic, and yet retains the celebration of the ancient ancestors and their teachings.
Dithavus leans towards Hallow’s End… though more the Gilnean variation than the Lordaeronian one.
Of the calendar holidays I would give Lao the Pilgrim’s Bounty. He’s all about food. He also discovered the Wanderer’s Festival in Pandaria, where they honor Liu Lang.
Eronya would either favor Love is in the Air from her time as a socialite or Noblegarden. There is something about celebrating rebirth in the spring, coming together in celebration of the joys of life, and randomly wearing bunny ears....
